Gentle ways to support your life, restore some balance and improve wellbeing. Offering a creative approach to live a sustainable, enjoyable life with greater ease.
Many wishes are universally held: we would like to feel a sense of purpose; to have interesting work or things to do. To be able to participate in learning, development and hobbies. We would like to feel connected to people, a sense of belonging in the world and to have choice and agency in our lives.
Life rarely remain the same whether this be due to health, age, relationships or the multitude of variables we all encounter. We need to find a path that is supportive and nourishing for our particular circumstances.
A service which can be tailored to accommodate your needs and delivered at your pace: short appointment sessions, Zoom, telephone consultations, and an understanding empathic response if you need to re-arrange.
You may have challenges in your life but you will also have the potential for new perspectives, gentle change and healing.

Together
Starlings speak in tongues of many birds, borrowed language on their beaks
Hear their clack and chatter between chimneys
Each trill a thank you, each whistle a gratitude
Iridescent songsters spinning through our falling light, as neighbourhoods lean into soft evening.
And I wonder at this community
And I wonder if we also have a voice of kinship throaty, guttural, unruffled by the notes we reach.
For isn't it all about connecting?
Such a simple intention to surrender all preening or vain purpose
Seeking only truth in each others shimmering presence.
