Welcome to Gentle Health ​

Gentle ways to support your health, restore some balance and improve wellbeing.  Offering a creative approach to help you live a sustainable, enjoyable life with greater ease.​

 

A service which can be tailored to accommodate your needs and delivered at your pace: short appointment sessions, Zoom, telephone consultations, and an understanding empathic response if you need to re-arrange.​

 

You may have challenges and difficulty in your life but you will also have the potential for new perspectives, gentle change and healing.

Many wishes are universally held: we would like to feel a sense of purpose; to have interesting work or things to do. To be able to participate in learning, development and hobbies. We would like to feel connected to people, a sense of belonging in the world and to have choice and agency in our lives.  

Life rarely remain the same whether this be due to health, age, relationships or the multitude of variables we may all encounter. We need to invest in finding a path that is supportive and nourishing for our particular life and circumstances. This will include balancing our needs, investing in our worth and realising the potential our lives have to offer.

Gentle Energy, Pain & Fatigue Support

Work towards finding a balanced approach to health. Gain insight into what might exacerbate symptoms and what might support your wellbeing. Our health may change our lives but not our worth. We can continue to live intact, valuable lives, finding creative ways to support ourselves and honour our bodies. 

Poetry, Prose & Meditation

Enjoyable sessions exploring Mindfulness and Compassion, Poetry and Prose in a creative, engaging, safe and inclusive space. 

Individual sessions can be tailored to your needs or join one of my groups.

We come together to share, enjoy and be nourished by words of beauty, depth and wisdom. Our collective insight is inspiring: 'greater than the sum of our parts.'
